Core Stability Class Schedule
Dr. Winchester’s core stability class is now
offered to the greater community as well as Ultimate
Fitness members at no charge to help Lincoln County
residents enjoy the benefits of a healthy and fit
lifestyle. The class, scheduled every Tuesday from
6:15-7 p.m. at Ultimate Fitness in Troy, works to
strengthen participants core strength and spinal stability.
The workout is scientifically proven to recondition
the back and abdominal muscles surrounding the spine,
key for enhancing athletic performance and eliminating
workout-related injuries.

Building the Perfect Athlete
This six week program is designed to
improve speed, explosiveness, agility, and strength
for high school and college athletes. Combining the
latest research in athletic training and injury prevention,
this program aims to maximize athleticism and protect
the athlete from injury. Our program utilizes cutting
edge exercises and drills used by many of the world’s
top professional athletes.
Speed, agility, and explosive power are crucial attributes
required in virtually every sport. In previous training
sessions our participants averaged a 3 inch gain in
vertical leap, up to .44 second reduction in 40 yard
dash times, and a 30% gain in upper body strength. |
|
Classes are held twice a week at the Boone-Lincoln
Elementary School gym located at 1464 Boone Street in Troy.
Each training session is supervised by Dr. Hilgefort and Dr.
Winchester to ensure safety and proper execution of drills
and exercises. Participants also will undergo pre- and post-testing
to track improvement. To learn about our summer training session,
scheduled for June 25 through August 2, please call 636-356-5557.

Civic Contributions
While patient care is a priority, we also
strongly believe in giving back to our community. Currently,
our doctors and staff serve in leadership roles with organizations
including Troy and Moscow Mills Chambers of Commerce, Rotary
Club and Kiwanis. To learn about any of these organizations
and how you can get involved, please contact us 636-356-5557.
